How it works What you get Pricing FAQ

CoachRocket

Get your coaching out of WhatsApp.

Programs, meal plans, weekly check-ins and a payment ledger — one place for every client, instead of a chat thread, a spreadsheet and a notebook.

Free for your first 3 active clients. No card, ever — we don't take cards.

Install the latest Android build. Open this page in Chrome on your phone, then allow installs from this browser if asked. On iPhone, use the web app.

Four steps, and you're coaching in it today.

No migration project. Start with one client and one routine.

  1. Open a coach account

Free tier, three active clients, no card and no trial clock.

  2. Build one routine

From scratch, from the exercise library, or from a generated draft you edit.

  3. Invite the client

An 8-character code, a QR, or your personal link — they're connected in one tap.

  4. Record the payment, follow the week

Log the cash or transfer you already took; their access opens with a clear end date.

What you get

One place for your programs, your clients' check-ins, and the record of who paid you.

  • Write the program once. Reuse it for the next twenty clients.

You build a routine session by session and step by step: sets, reps, rest, tempo, RPE, supersets, circuits and warm-ups. Pull movements from a library of 100 exercises that already carry form cues and common mistakes, or upload your own video and photos so a client sees you doing it. Save any routine as a template and duplicate it for the next client — you stop rewriting the same eight-week block from scratch every month. In a hurry, the smart plan generator gives you a starting draft from a few questions, and you edit it before anyone sees it.

Routines · exercise library · templates · smart plan generator

  • Your client opens the app and knows exactly what today is.

No more "which file was the new one?" The session runs step by step on their phone — your video, a rest timer, and a place to log the weight and reps they actually hit. If they close the app mid-workout, it puts them back on the exact step they left. If the gym's signal drops, the routine they already downloaded still opens.

Guided session player · set logs · offline routine cache

  • Catch the client who's drifting in week two, not month three.

Once a week your client spends sixty seconds on a check-in: weight, energy, sleep, pain, a note, a photo. You open their week review and see it all in one screen — this week against last week, the weight trend, waist and chest side by side, two progress photos next to each other, and how many days they logged food. Then you write one note back. That note is usually the difference between a client who renews and a client who quietly disappears.

Weekly check-in · week review · body metrics · progress photos · food log

  • A straight answer to "who has paid me?"

You take the money the way you always have — cash, bank transfer, card in person. You just record it: amount, method, date, reference. From then on the ledger holds the answer instead of your memory: which packages are active, which ones end in the next seven days, what each client has paid you in total, and a CSV to hand your accountant. There is no payment gateway here and we never touch your money.

Payment ledger · client packages · expiry warnings · CSV export

  • Bilingual to the bone, not bolted on afterwards.

Persian isn't a translation layer here: the whole app flips right-to-left, dates are Jalali, numbers are Persian numerals, and every client picks their own language — Persian, English, Arabic or Turkish — without you switching yours. The food database is built for the food people here actually eat: chelo, sangak, koobideh, yoghurt, doogh, tahini, with calories and macros already filled in. Your personal link (@your-name) goes in your Instagram bio so a client joins in one tap, and the app carries your colours and your logo, not ours.

And if you run more than a client list

Gyms with their own coaches and members, classes with capacity and enrolment, QR access passes for the door, intake forms for new clients, and a public profile in the coach marketplace where people can request an introduction.

Two prices, and neither one is a surprise.

Coaches pay us for the platform. Clients pay you for coaching. The two never touch each other.

What you pay us

Your plan sets how many clients you can keep active at the same time. Nothing else is metered — no per-program fee, no storage tier.

  • Free $0

Up to 3 active clients. Good for trying the product.

  • Studio $79/30 days

Up to 200 active clients for a busy studio.

Start on the free tier: three active clients, no card, and no countdown to an upgrade.

What your client pays you

You set the package, the length and the price. We take no cut of it and we never charge your client for anything.

  • Trial, monthly, and quarterly packages are built in.
  • Access starts when your coach records your payment.
  • You can always see your status, end date, and what you paid.
  • A short grace period keeps access on if a renewal is late.

Gyms and studios: deposit and revenue-share arrangements exist and are agreed in advance, in writing. They are not the default — the plans above are a flat fee.

Prices shown are the current list and may differ by region and currency. Your plan's end date is always visible inside the app.

How a payment becomes access

There is no card form on this site. Payment is arranged directly between you and the person paying you — cash, transfer, card in person, whatever you already use — and then recorded in the app so both sides hold the same record. CoachRocket records payments; it does not process them.

  1. Pay the person

Cash, bank transfer, or card in person — whatever you already use.

  2. It gets recorded

The amount, method, date, and a reference are saved to the ledger.

  3. Access turns on

The plan shows as active with a clear end date, visible to everyone involved.

The questions coaches actually ask first

Who can see my clients' data?

You, and them. Access is enforced in the database itself, not just in the interface: a coach sees only their own clients, a client sees only their own record. Photos and videos live in private storage with no public link. Delete your account and your routines, messages and client data go with it.

Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?

No. That money never passes through us — we only record it. What you pay is your own plan fee, and that's the whole relationship. (Some gyms sign a separate revenue-share arrangement with us in advance; the standard plans are a flat fee, nothing more.)

Is there an iPhone app?

Not on the App Store yet. Android has an installable app you download from this site, and the full web app works on iPhone — open it in Safari and use "Add to Home Screen" and it behaves like an app. Everything a coach or client can do works in a mobile browser.

What languages does it work in?

English, Persian, Arabic and Turkish. Persian is fully right-to-left, with the Jalali calendar and Persian numerals throughout. Each person picks their own language — your client can read everything in Persian while you work in English, and neither of you has to switch.

Do my clients have to pay for it?

Never. A client account is free and clients pay us nothing, at any tier. What a client pays is what you charge them for coaching, and their access follows the package you activate.

The gym has bad internet. Is that a problem?

For following a routine, no — a routine your client has already opened is stored on their phone and opens without a connection. Logging a completed session or a set does need a connection, so it saves once they're back on signal.

What happens when a client's package expires?

Access stays on through a short grace period so a late renewal doesn't lock anyone out mid-week, then training content locks. Nothing is deleted — record the renewal and everything comes back exactly as it was, with a new end date.

Build one routine tonight. Invite one client tomorrow.

Three active clients on the free tier, no card, and nothing to undo if you decide it isn't for you.
